Business Development Analyst (based in Thessaloniki)

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducts market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion or new markets to enter.
  • Generates leads utilizing deep sales and digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintains the CRM data up-to-date and accurate.
  • Develops action plans for business growth in collaboration with the Area Export Managers
  • Travels and visits customers/ partners abroad to provide commercial and technical expertise.
  • Delivers on a timely manner.
  • Utilizes in-depth industry and technical knowledge to become a trusted advisor with customers/ partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business administration (a post graduate degree will be considered a plus)
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales/ business development (preferably in the building materials/ construction chemicals sector)
  • Solid command of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Available for traveling frequently.
