Business Development Analyst (based in Thessaloniki)
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business expansion or new markets to enter.
- Generates leads utilizing deep sales and digital marketing strategies.
- Maintains the CRM data up-to-date and accurate.
- Develops action plans for business growth in collaboration with the Area Export Managers
- Travels and visits customers/ partners abroad to provide commercial and technical expertise.
- Delivers on a timely manner.
- Utilizes in-depth industry and technical knowledge to become a trusted advisor with customers/ partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business administration (a post graduate degree will be considered a plus)
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales/ business development (preferably in the building materials/ construction chemicals sector)
- Solid command of the English language
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Available for traveling frequently.
