Our Group currently employs over 500 people in 3 production plants in Southeast Europe and in 7 subsidiaries located in Germany, Russia, Turkey, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Slovenia. Moreover, our products are distributed to more than 60 countries worldwide. Keeping up with our commitment to continuous growth, we aim to enhance our global reach by expanding our Exports team.

We are currently looking for an Area Export Manager

Role objectives/Main duties & responsibilities

  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities, with the aim to achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships
  • Conducts market research and analysis to create strategic plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, new business development etc.)
  • Works closely with the customers/ partners to follow through with the set strategic goals
  • Acts as a brand ambassador in the assigned markets
  • Serves as the contact person who provides solutions to all customer needs
  • Travels and visits customers/ partners abroad in order to provide commercial and technical expertise
  • Delivers on a timely manner through personal work and co-ordination of cross functional teams
  • Utilizes in-depth industry and technical knowledge to become a trusted advisor with customers/partners

Qualifications & personal traits

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business administration (a post graduate degree will be considered a plus)
  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales/ business development (preferably in the building materials/ construction chemicals sector)
  • Solid command of the English language (Spanish will be considered a plus)
  • Integrity
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Available for travelling frequently
