Following a strategy of extroversion ISOMAT carries out international sales to more than 20 countries in Europe, Middle East, Australia and Asia, where it operates either by affiliated companies or through close cooperating with local distributors.

Currently, the company exports its products to 31 countries and specifically to Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Cyprus, Turkey, Kosovo, FYROM, Sweden, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Saudi Arabia, Montenegro, Syria, Israel, Jordan, Georgia, Malta, Libya, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Tunisia, Palestine, the Republic of Lebanon, Armenia, Yemen and New Zealand.

In the markets of Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Egypt the company operates under its affiliated companies ISOMAT ROMANIA S.R.L., ISOMAT INTERNATIONAL E.O.O.D., ISOMAT D.O.O. and ISOMAT ALLIANCE respectively.

ISOMAT ROMANIA S.R.L. was established in 2000 in Bucharest. It constitutes the exclusive trader and distributor of ISOMAT's products in the Romanian market.

ISOMAT INTERNATIONAL E.O.O.D. was established in February 2004 in Sofia and constitutes the exclusive agent and distributor of ISOMAT's products in the Bulgarian market.

ISOMAT D.O.O. was established in June 2005 in Belgrade as the exclusive trader and distributor of ISOMAT's products in the Serbian market. Since March 2011 ISOMAT D.O.O., has transformed from an exclusively trading company to a fully productive one, as it has started operating the new production facility of ISOMAT in Belgrade.
